Delete your Applefy account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Applefy and tap your profile photo or initial on the Home screen.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app, email contact@applefy.in from any address with the subject "Delete my Applefy account" and include the mobile number you signed up with. We may reply to confirm it is you. We complete verified requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile: name, mobile number, village, district and photo.
• Your orchards and their location details.
• Your tasks, growth-stage check-ins, ledger entries, assistant questions, cart and order history.

Copies in routine backups are removed as those backups expire. We may keep limited security logs where needed to prevent abuse or meet legal duties.

Good to know

• If you have an order that is still being delivered, you can delete the account once it is delivered or cancelled.
• Deletion cannot be undone. You can create a new account later with the same number.
